Requirements Specification: Formalize your job order requirements in a Professional Services Agreement

 

Search and Pre-selection: Engage eTgroup to use a combination of database search, advertising and direct search to pre-select a suitable pool of candidates for your job requirement.

 

Short listing: Authorize eTgroup to interview all pre-selected candidates and assess their technical and English skills (through standardized tests).  Only those candidates who pass the tests and who fit your requirements will be added to the short-list which we forward to you.  For each short listed candidate, you will receive a proposed resume with interviewers’ comments and analysis.

 

Selection Interviews: Select which candidates you want to interview from the short list.  eTgroup will facilitate these interviews at your office, our office or off-site, according to your requirements.

 

Offer Process: Direct eTgroup to  perform background checks on, and negotiate salary and start dates with, your chosen candidates.

 

After Sales Service: We will remain in close contact with you during the guarantee period, and will also advise on any new hiring requirements
